My current plan is to do as much cardio during the week as possible (minimum of 1:40 of cycling just to get to and from work every day), then take Saturday as my rest day, then a run/hike on Sunday. On Saturday I also eat a bit more, still healthy but larger portions and ensure I get enough protein to help with recovery.

So every Sunday or Monday I expect to weigh a pound or so more than I did on Friday, then go down about 3 or 4 lbs during the week.
