275.8
The last couple weeks on a fairly strict calorie counting diet has paid off. I'm in LA, staying at Damien's house, so it's been a bit hard to keep to a strict diet, but we're doing a decent job.

277
Since my last post, my weight had gone up to 280 to 282 and stayed there for a while. For the last week I've been trying to eat strictly on a calorie counted plan, which seems to be finally making a difference.
It's the obvious answer, but it's still somehow very difficult to get all the pieces in line at the same time.
Crossfit is still awesome. The first 3 weeks I loved it. Then I wanted to quit for the next 3 weeks. Now I'm back to loving it.
The 3 weeks in the middle that I was hating it, I felt like I was getting weaker and weaker, with pain/injuries after each class and it felt like it was going nowhere. I skipped 2 classes and that seems to have helped me get back on track. Other than those 2 classes I skipped, I've gone 3 times a week for 2 months. Finally starting to see improvements in strength and cardio (not sure if it is cardio exactly, but some of the annoying things like burpees are getting easier).
I know 31 isn't old, but it definitely feels like things only get harder as I get older, so I need to get my weight under control as early as possible if I want to have a chance of not being fat forever.
The short term goal is to get down to 250 again. Then make it to 220.
