Feeling the carbs!

I added a half cup of musli for breakfast for the last 3 days. The first day I shaved 10 minutes off my 11 mile cycling route and today I shaved 6 minutes off my fastest 5k. When you deplete your reserves, you really notice the increased carbs.

I've also been taking an essential amino acid supplement a few times a day, so that's probably helping too.
