I'm back to eating my normal diet, which includes about 1 piece of bread a day.  So not much gluten, but based on my dropping 2 lbs shortly after adding gluten back in, I feel confident that gluten isn't causing me too many problems.  I should have stayed gluten-free at least a few weeks longer to really make this experiment worth it, but oh well.  I've never felt like gluten was negatively effecting me, so I didn't have much drive to stick with it. 

I am going to try to only eat sprouted grains though.
