I felt bad yesterday, like I was having a slight reaction to something I ate. I have a feeling it was the gluten-free bread. The one other time I've tried going gluten-free, I had similar issues. I don't think it's the lack of gluten so much as the weird gluten substitute products. So I'm going to keep trying to be gluten free, I'm just going to eat regular gluten free foods and not any pretend breads.
I made myself go running last night even though it sucked. In the end, it was the right thing to do as I felt better having done it, but the first mile was a struggle.
