228.5 - (increasing carbs)

I did my first trail run at Joe Dancer last night. 3 miles. Then I climbed on the jungle gym to practice the cargo net climb.

I had musli for breakfast and the added carbs seems to have greatly improved my energy levels.  I shaved about 10 minutes off my cycling and felt great the whole time.  First time I haven't had to stop on the hills since I started this diet.  I'm going to keep that in as my breakfast every day.
