220.5

I did it! I've been trying to get to 220 since 2008 (that's when I set that as a goal, but obviously I've needed to get down to 220 for about 10 years).

The best part is that I did it without really trying. I've managed to finally get myself eating and living in a way that has be losing weight even when I'm not feeling up to doing "program".

I've been feeling a bit sluggish the last few days and haven't run or done much else, and yesterday we had a BBQ party. I had my first beer in 3 months and ate lightly (but without really thinking about it), so it is great to be down 1.5 lbs even after an "off" day like that.
