I took a break from excercise (but I did go for 2 walks) yesterday.  I ran 3.1 miles two days in a row, but my weight only went down a half pound.  I suspected that I was a bitten swollen or retaining water, so I took a rest day.  And, as I had suspected, I dropped 1.5 pounds on the rest day. 

So, I'll get back to running today, but it's good to know it's having the desired effect.

I'm down about 13 lbs in 16 days.  That's probably the best weight loss streak I've ever had.
