Progress has slowed, but at least it's still moving in the right direction. I need to figure out how to jump start it again, because I do not intend to plateau at 250 like I did 2 years ago.
My workout schedule was more consistent for the first week or so, but last week the baby started waking up earlier, so I had to wait until I could find an opening later in the day to go running. I need to figure out a solution for that.
