I held at 248 for 5 days while my mom was visiting (and we were eating out daily). I felt I was keeping my portion sizes in control and it was just the sodium keeping my weight up, which appears to have been the case since I lost 3 lbs in 2 days when we stopped eating out.
Glad to be back on track.
(P.S. - I initially posted this with the title 255 and said "I held at 258". I don't think I've fully grasped that I'm in the 240s now. It's been 10+ years since I was last at this weight, so it hasn't sunk in yet.)
