219.5

I finally got below 220.  Leading up to the Rugged Maniac race, I took a few rest days, so my weight held steady at around 220.5 to 221.  Then I was a little looser with my diet in the days after (my mom was also visiting and we ate out every day), but I still maintained the same weight range.

I started Crossfit on 6/4/13, and I was concerned that it would be hard to lose weight while working out that hard, so it's good to see some movement in the right direction. 

My goes is to drop 2 lbs a week to get down to 200 lbs by September.
