Back on the wagon, full force. Counting every calorie, preparing all meals at home, eating 5 small meals a day.

I ordered the mini-exercise bike, so that should arrive in a week or so. We'll see if that makes a big difference, or just makes me look like the crazy guy in the office who's always doing something weird under his desk.

  1. I am impressed with you getting the bike thing for work. I found you via the bodybugg site. I just started a week or so ago, but so far like the thing. Kind of clears up any mystery. Great job so far.. preparing all your meals etc is such a great idea and shows great determination. I want to lose 50 pounds which I have said since I was 30 . I am now 42...this is the year!
