5/6/12 - 2.84 miles at Joe Dancer Park (trail run)
5/8/12 - 1.75 miles pushing jogging stroller
5/12/12 - about 2.5 miles on treadmill (I think I had another treamill run the day before but can't remember)
5/13/12 - 2.53 miles run/walk in hills around Damien's house
5/14/12 - 1.13 miles run at Deb's house before flight back to Portland
5/17/12 - 2.86 miles pushing jogging stroller
5/17/12 - 9.59 miles bike ride (first ride in a long time)
My weight is holding steady at 280, so I'm just focusing on getting my strength and cardio back up, then I'll focus on diet if the weight still doesn't change.
