I'm not sure what all is effecting my weight loss, but the scale does seem to be moving down more easily since I started drinking "bulletproof coffee" every  morning for the last week.  That's coffee with grass-fed butter and coconut oil in it (I'm just making my own recipe, but I do plan to look up the real Bulletproof Coffee recipe at some point).  I've also been eating more grass-fed beef this last week, which I thought might slow me down digestively, but I've had no issues. I am keeping it to reasonable portions though.

I'm going to start this 1 month Paleo Challenge tomorrow, so we'll see how that goes.  At this point it mainly just means I have to drop dairy, as I only eat grains/bread a couple times a week as it is.  But maybe dropping this last few bits of grain will have an effect.
