Now I'm getting some momentum. It's amazing how much difference it makes to get 30 minutes of cardio in before work. I also get to work fully awake, which isn't a bad idea.

I've got 42 days until my birthday, with the goal being to weigh under 240 by then. That means I need to average .69 lbs lost every day from now until then. That's not too much higher than my original plan of losing .42 lbs a day. I do tend to leave things until the last minute and then try to rush it all, so maybe falling behind will give me the urgency to get it done.

It's so crazy, it just might work.
