Got back from a month working in Massachusetts. Kept up the lifting there, but not much cardio. It's hard enough to go to the gym when you are living out of a hotel and working 14 hours a day, but trying to do cardio on top of all that wasn't going to happen (ok, it could have happened, but it didn't).
I'm going at it "Biggest Loser" style. Have stopped the heavy lifting and doing circuit training of lower weights, about 20 reps each with 30 seconds in between. I'm able to keep my heart rate around 145 between cardio sets.
Weighed in last Friday, 321 lbs, going to weigh in again tomorrow. Weighing in once a week, even though I want to weigh in daily.
