Weight is hovering around 309, but I've not been waiting to eat in the morning, so I'm sure it would be about 305 if I was weighing the same way as when I started this.
I'm just going to keep going forward with the focus on strength and BJJ and see where that goes. I'm going in for bloodwork to see if there are any hormone imbalences, so that will be interesting.
Going to ramp up the kettlebells. That way, I'll at least be a solid fat guy, instead of just a fat guy.
